The building at Wolińska Street in Kamień Pomorski in north-western Poland is a former hostel for the employees of PGNiG, the state enterprise, which extracts oil in Kamień. It was built in the 1960s. The ground floor was reinforced concrete - that is why it has survived. The next two floors are sheet metal, styrofoam, mineral wool, plywood and asbestos.

A year ago PGNiG handed the building over to the municipality....
