EU Summit, or Fighting For the Floor

There are many indications to believe that the President's participation in the EU summit starting in Brussels today will be like an obstacle race.

Poland has the right to only two seats by the session table, three 'pins', or entry passes for the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister, and the Finance Minister, and one invitation each for a dinner of the delegation leaders, foreign ministers, and finance ministers.

Nothing is known at this point about whether any extra passes have been issued for the Polish delegation because of the President's arrival....
